Kenneth Rodney Scott

Kenneth Rodney Scott, 56, entered into eternal glory on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at An Med Health.  He was born on January 24, 1961 to the late Leo and Tecora Geneva Scott.

Kenneth, Rodney to his family, was a devoted member of Generostee Baptist Church where he faithfully served on the Culinary Committee and was a member of the Gentlemen By Choice Ministry.

Kenneth was a graduate of Westside High School class of 1979 and a dedicated member of the Booster Club.

Kenneth leaves to mourn his wife of nineteen years, Dawn Mobley Scott, three children of the home Dejah, Chauncey and Catherine; brother Edgar(Elizabeth) and sister Elaine Scott-Mattison.  a daughter, Chasity Young (John) grandson, Izzy ; nephews, Leonardo(Donna), Kardan, Justin Jaxson and C.J. nieces, Jaida and Jordyn: a special sister Susan Gray: and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother Alvin Leo Scott.

The family is at the home of his brother Edgar Scott, 14 Old American Blvd. Pendleton, South Carolina.

Funeral Service will be Sat. September 9. 2017 2:00pm at Generostee Baptist church.

Visitation one hour prior to the service.
