Oh Rodney, Rodney, Rodney!! How I'm going to miss you! We spent so much time together while growing up. Seems like I was at your house with Elaine just as much as I was at my home. Our Mothers were sisters and talked daily. I looked up to you as a brother, even though you always drove me nuts. Well into adulthood you would aggregate me. But I know that "most" of the time it was out of love. I'll miss your voice, your example of love for your wife and children, extended family, and friends, and let's not forget your cooking and desire to carry on family recipes and traditions. Just like your loving Mom, aunt Geneva, you would do what you could for others. I admired that in you, and I'm glad I told you. I'm also glad that I told you many times over the years that I love you. Your body was tired and weary. God needs you in Heaven and relieved you of your pain and discomfort. I'll make sure to watch over Dawn (green eyes) and the kids. From one veteran to another, I salute you Kenneth Rodney Scott.
